Throughout my life I have been attracted to modalities that included some form of sound or vibrational energy such as Reiki, the Reconnection, Seichim, Spiritual Healing, Crystal Healing and Shamanic practices.

I have presented workshops and facilitated groups for numerous organisations and am a member of SHA ( Sound Healers Association) and AMpA (Australian Metaphysical Association).

Today I combine over 20 years of Spiritual exploration as a seeker, teacher and Spiritual Healer/therapist with an academic background as a Psychotherapist and Workplace Trainer and Assessor.

I offer regular Gong Sound Meditations, Drumming Circles, Meditation groups and Inspiring Movies Group.

In my Introduction to Sound Therapy Seminar, Workshops and Sessions you will experience the harmony of cosmic healing that comes through vibration. Cosmic vibration and sound created the universe and continue to create it.

These absolutely pure sounds bring life to all beings. Each one of us has our own unique note which is one of the strands in the great song of the universe. Every time your particular note is played or sounded on a musical instrument or through the human voice, it vibrates the cells in your body into harmony with your soul. The note that created your soul can be used to accelerate your healing and regeneration.
